If you are traveling to the Dominican Republic, you do not have to show a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival. Instead, authorities will randomly administer a quick breath test to passengers upon arrival.
You will, however, be required to fill out and submit this printed form Traveler's Health Affidavit until January 31, 2021. From February 1, 2021, the use of digital forms (E-Ticket) will be mandatory. The form can be accessed through the following link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do
The Free Health Coverage Plan provided by the Dominican government to all international tourists arriving on commercial flights to the Dominican Republic and staying at a HOTEL has been extended until March 31, 2021. The free health coverage plan provides coverage for emergencies in the event of an infection or exposure to COVID-19 while in-country - but only if you are staying in a hotel.
