For the kids: Pantano Encantado is designed for our youngest adventurers. Here you will find rides and thrills in this magical land of exploration:

• Laguna Medusa: Kids slides (low intensity).
• Fin Sin Fin: Kids lazy river (low intensity).
• Tragafuegos: Kids slides (high intensity).
• Clin Clan Clon: Instrumental playground (low intensity).
• Las Nubes: Junior slides (low intensity).

Children must be 54 inches (137 cm) tall to enjoy the slides!

For the families: We are delighted to offer families an array of exhilarating attractions crafted to entertain and enchant every member, ensuring moments of shared joy and unforgettable activities for all:

• La fosa de las sirenas: Mermaid encounter (low intensity).
• El faro de fuego: Bonfire (low intensity).
• El jardin de la anaconda: Botanical garden (low intensity).

• Trágame tierra: Multi-rider funnel (high intensity).

Children must be between 42 inches (106 cm) and 50 inches (127 cm) tall to enjoy the slides!

THE EXCURSION INCLUDES:

– Transportation with pickup from hotels & resorts in Punta Cana, Cap Cana, and Bavaro
– General admission to El Dorado Water Park

NOTE: Transportation may not be included from certain hotels and resorts. Transportation is not included from private villas or vacation rentals. If you are staying in a private villa or vacation rental, private transportation is available at an additional cost ($).

AVAILABILITY & DURATION:

– The water park is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Thursday to Sunday day.
– All slides except the wave pool close at 5:00 pm. From 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm only the wave pool (Olas de magma) is open.

WHAT TO WEAR AND/OR BRING:

– Wear/bring a bathing suit – please see restrictions below under “important to know”.
– Wear/bring water shoes when walking around the park to avoid discomfort from the hot sidewalks. Flip-flops or other shoes may not be permitted on the slides.
– Wear/bring a sun hat and sunglasses to wear when you’re not on the slides.
– Bring a set of extra (dry) clothes to wear on the way home from the water park.
– Bring a beach towel and eco-friendly sunscreen.
– Bring a credit card and/or cash money (US$) for photos, souvenirs, lockers, food & beverages.

CHILDREN:

– Some activities may not be suitable for small children and infants.
– Children must be at least 4 years old to enjoy the slides and activities.
– There is a minimum height required for children to enjoy some of the slides as mentioned under the activities above.
– All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years old).

Once we receive your request, we will contact you by email to confirm your reservation and request your payment. Reservations must be paid in full prior to the excursion date.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

• This is not a private excursion.
• Your excursion voucher will specify the name of the excursion as “El Dorado Water Park”.
• Transportation is only included from hotels/resorts in Punta Cana. You may need to pass by other hotels to pick up other people before the excursion begins and to drop them off after the excursion ends. Transportation may not be available from certain hotels/resorts and/or an additional fee may apply. If you’re staying in a private villa, transportation is not included. Please request a private transfer with your villa coordinator or villa manager.
• All guests must sign a waiver at the front desk before entering the water park.
• Some slides/activities may not suitable or available for pregnant women or people who suffer from back pain, mobility problems, or other medical conditions. If you suffer from any medical conditions or mobility problems, please consult with Group Palmera before making your reservation.
• There is a medical clinic onsite. Medical insurance may be accepted for care.
• Participants must be able to climb stairs and enter/exit the water without assistance. Extensive walking may be required.
• El Dorado is a family water park, and all guests must wear appropriate, conservative swimwear. Swimwear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swimwear, thong or t-back swimwear bottoms will not be permitted. Cut-off jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, and shoes cannot be worn on the slides. If a shirt must be worn on the slides, only tucked-in or form-fitting cotton, spandex, lycra, or rash guard shirts may be worn. No undergarments may be visible at any time. Clothing with profanity/vulgar images or language are not allowed.
• There is a minimum height requirement for some of the slides (mentioned above). Some slides/activities are not suitable or available for small children and infants.
• For safety reasons, it is not allowed to carry any electronic devices such as cell phones or cameras on the slides.
• Lockers are available for rent ($) to store all personal items.
• Outside floating devices are not permitted as they might create a visual hazard for our lifeguards. However, infant floats with seating attached are permitted.
• El Dorado Water Park provides inner tubes free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. Guests are welcome to bring their own life jackets as long as they are stamped with US Coast Guard approval. Life jackets which are not US Coast Guard approved are not permitted and may not be used at El Dorado Water Park.
• El Dorado Water Park provides a wide variety of food, snacks, and drinks for purchase ($). Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Guests may use designated smoking areas in the park. Smoking is not allowed outside the designated smoking areas, in attractions, or while waiting in line for the slides/activities.
• There is no refunds for inclement weather. However, if the park closes for 30 minutes or longer due to weather, guests who are already inside the park with a daily admission receipt for the day and who leave due to weather can receive a complimentary ticket at the front gate to come back another day. Proof of daily admission purchase (receipt) must be presented at the front gate on the same day to be eligible for a complimentary ticket. Additional transportation costs for guests staying in villas will apply.
• The park reserves the right to refuse admittance or participation in activities to persons who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of alcohol.
